our clients are assigned an Account Support Team
that is responsible for ensuring the delivery of our services exceed expectations.
This team consists of an Account Manager, Operations Manager, Human Resource
Representative, Scheduling Manager, and our 24/7/365 Command Center.
We also leverage technology to enhance our customer
experience. Our integrated guard tour and reporting system (GuardTek),
gives you real-time access and automatic email reporting for guard tours,
incident reports, daily logs, etc.
