Multi-Level, Live, Local Support

At Aegis Protective Services, every client is assigned an Account Support Team. This team is responsible for ensuring that the delivery of our services exceeds your expectations. If, on the rare occasion it doesn’t, you have access to several team members who will assist you in getting the concern resolved. Provided to each client are the following resources:

    • Account Manager – they remain with you after the sale and will be your advocate for anything you need.
    • Operations Manager – responsible for the overall delivery of services to your account.
    • Human Resource Representative – ensures that we are providing appropriate and consistent staffing based upon your contract requirements.
    • Scheduling Manager – ensures that we maintain proper coverage at all times.
    • After Hours Operation – a 24-hour operation that provides all employees and clients of the company someone to contact for any issues that may arise.

We provide the support to your facility, which allows your site leadership and security officers the ability to perform the duties you need them to perform, without having to make calls or work on getting open shifts filled each week.
